A surgery that originally cost 15 million won was said to be 9 million if I booked that day, and it felt like they were pushing for a same-day reservation. I'm not selling anything at a market here; this is facial surgery, and the way they kept adjusting and discounting the price felt a bit cheap. A fixed price would actually be better.
