Um... I'm writing this for a level-up too. I had full-face fat grafting 3 years ago. I had a total of 3 rounds, and it took 3 months. Basically, I got it once a month... The fat also engrafted well into my skin. I went with a friend and we had it done together. My friend said from the start, "Make it natural..." and I said, since it doesn't swell up exactly as much as you inject, "A little more dramatically..." Neither of us had any side effects at all. For my friend, almost all of it is gone, and for me, some amount is still left... They harvested fat from beside our belly buttons, used it once, then kept it frozen, and I got two more injections from it, and still had no side effects. That's what I mean... Now I'm wondering if I should get liposuction...
