They are honest. They say what can be done can be done, and they honestly say when something cannot be done or is uncertain. In particular, the consultant is quite sincere, so I think I’ll be able to clearly decide what direction I should take for surgery. There is no overtreatment; rather, they explain why I should not receive certain procedures.
