Really concise, with exactly the parts you need to know. What would be good to do, and why you shouldn't do certain things, etc. I think they explained things really well. More than anything, among all the places I went to, the consultation manager here was the kindest. Not overly or businesslike kind, but genuinely kind. Overall, the director here also tends to pursue a natural look, so I think it's worth visiting for people who like this kind of feel.
