When I first considered double eyelid surgery, I went because I heard it was famous in Changwon. They explained what condition my eyes were currently in and how the surgery would go well. If I were doing it in Changwon, this place would also have been under consideration because it was close, but I ended up doing it in Busan, not Changwon, so I did not have surgery there.
