Revision rhinoplasty, a nose with no columella. I went after hearing that the director is very good at closed rhinoplasty. He definitely explained things kindly and clearly told me what needed to be improved, but I backed away because of the huge price. I think having CT scans and a separate anesthesiologist is a major advantage.
