I got a liposuction consultation, and the manager who consulted with me was kind, but it felt too factory-like, which made me really uncomfortable. There weren't many reviews, but I'd had my eye on this clinic for years, so I went there for a consultation. I know they're struggling because of COVID, but they seemed a little too forceful about pushing surgery, so in the end I left without making a reservation because I wanted to think about it more. I wanted to meet the director, but I couldn't, so that was disappointing.
