As for the hospital’s kindness, honestly, speaking nicely is not that important. It is enough if they explain in detail exactly what surgery they will perform and what results they can provide, but more than that, I found the excessive confidence a bit questionable. I would trust them enough to proceed if they looked at the person’s body in detail and explained based on that. Because that part was disappointing, I think this place will only go as far as the consultation for me.
