I had nose surgery 9 years ago. My bulbous nose improved a lot, but my nostrils are slightly uneven, and since the doctor said my nose was originally bent, it is still a bit crooked. There wasn’t enough information, but it seems they prefer a natural look. There were no side effects, but because there wasn’t a dramatic change, I’m thinking about revision surgery.
