Because my midface was long, I went in thinking about nose surgery, but they said my nose was already high and long and recommended fat grafting instead of nose surgery. At first I hadn't even considered fat grafting, but once the face definitely gained more dimension, it felt shorter, and I was completely satisfied. The director told me about ways to become naturally prettier, which built trust, and I liked that they pointed out only the necessary parts accurately, so I felt sure. At first the director was a bit cynical, but they were really thorough and took good care of me in a tsundere way.
