Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Everyone, I brought my nose revision review

Before <before surgery> after <after surgery> after-after-after I brought a review from day 10 after my nose revision! I’m honestly surprised because it hurt so much less than I expected,,ㅎ

Day of surgery My face has very severe asymmetry, so the surgery took longer (it was 8 p.m., so I think it was already past their closing timeㅜ), but the nurses were really kind,, They told me to stay longer until I fully woke up from anesthesia and even took me to the elevator. At many other hospitals, once surgery is over you just leave on your own, so I was touchedㅜ I heard that after surgery you have to breathe through your mouth, so your throat hurts a lot, but mine didn’t hurt. Personally, the surgery didn’t hurt at all either,, On the day of surgery, I didn’t have much swelling either Sleeping was the hardest. Since I couldn’t breathe through my nose, I had to breathe through my mouth, but out of habit I kept closing my mouth,, I almost suffocated 5 times and slept for 30 minutes,,

Day 1 After removing the cotton packing, I felt like I could live! But I still couldn’t breathe completely, so I breathed through my mouth a little + swelling gradually started

Days 2-4 On day 2, swelling + bruising peaked Because of the swelling, my philtrum also looked longer,,ㅎ I seriously became the ugliest person in the world,, By day 4, the swelling + bruising gradually started going down,, TMI, but I went out then, met a friend, and even went to a cafeㅎ I looked fairly human again,,

Day 5 The day to remove the splint, take out the stitches, and get swelling laser treatment! As soon as it came off, I looked so ugly that I regretted getting plastic surgery,, I have an obsession with left-right symmetry, so I checked the symmetry first, and despite my severe facial asymmetry, the director matched it well,, It must have been really hard,,ㅎ Even with swelling, I could clearly see that the symmetry was right + the scar under the nose looked pretty. I was worried because I have keloid-prone skin, but the doctor really,, the scar looked as neat as a paper cut. Making the incision so neatly is also a skill Oh, and the nurse here removes stitches really well without pain,,, It was so amazing that I really, really, really didn’t feel even a tiny sting, not even once,, Until right before getting the swelling laser, I looked so ugly that I regretted getting nose surgery, but after receiving it, it was a whole new world,, I started to like it a little

Day 6 The day after removing the splint, I washed my face and put on makeup right awayㅎㅎ I gradually started liking it. And even with makeup, the bruises didn’t get covered,,ㅜ

Days 7-10 Starting on day 7, for 3 days the area where the stitches had been removed (the incision site) felt warm and even the nasal tip turned red, so I thought I had inflammation and contacted the hospital. They said if there was no pain + swelling, it was part of the healing process. Still, if it was inflammation, I was ready to have it removed right away, and I thought I’d feel more at ease if I at least saw the doctor’s face, so I went to the hospital the next day, and as expected it was nothingㅎ Rather, he looked at my nose and seemed pleased, saying it turned out wellㅎㅎ,, This health anxiety of mine,,(?)ㅎ Oh, and this is a bit random, but I like that there’s no waiting. Out of 4 visits, I waited exactly once for about 5 minutes? (the other 3 times there was no wait), and even then they apologized and asked me to wait just a little,, There are many places where the front-desk staff chat among themselves in front of the patient?, but here it’s really quiet~ They even speak to each other in whispers. Truly well-mannered people,, Anyway, that’s the end of my day-10 review!
