I'm even considering facial contouring surgery, but since it's a major surgery, I turned my attention toward procedures first and looked into them. The staff were kind, and I think the director explained things well and gave an honest consultation. For now, I think I'll try getting a facial contouring injection once, see the effect, and then decide on surgery.
