I visited because the reviews were good and it was very well known. The hospital was also quite clean and nice. Overall, the director and the consultant were kind, so I was able to have the consultation comfortably without feeling pressured. I also liked that the director personally looked things up with me, thought through what face shape would suit me, and explained the method and process in detail. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and it was a clean, straightforward consultation without overtreatment.
