A female doctor did the toning for me, and she was meticulous and good. Rather than thinking of this as a place to get things like fillers, it seems better to think of it as a clinic to go to for simple skin care. I also tend to go there when I get Aqua Peel or acne extraction. The consultation is done by a consultation staff member.
