The consultation is done by a consultation staff member. You can meet the doctor during the procedure. It seems like a factory-style plastic surgery clinic. I recommend getting procedures rather than surgeries here. I went on a weekday, so there was no wait. They did the chin-tip filler well, but when I smiled, my chin would tuck in and it showed a little, though it was okay. The clinic facilities are clean and nice.
