It was almost 10 years ago, and it was expensive for a first nose job. Back then it was silicone, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm. I had a low nose and a bulbous nose. I did it closed, but the bulbous-nose issue didn’t improve at all and, worse, the tip got even more blunt, turning it into a boxy nose. After that I went back to the clinic several times, but they told me not to come again and gave me a fat-dissolving injection in the nose. It had zero effect.
