I want revision surgery

I did it after seeing an app and liking the nose shape, but I don’t like it. I wanted to raise the nasal tip, but it’s the same and droops. The columella area hasn’t improved at all, and if I don’t tell my friends I had nose surgery, they don’t know. There is no noticeable difference at all. If it were only that it didn’t show, I could at least think of it as wasted money, but it’s not the nose shape I wanted, and the silicone has actually shifted to the side. My friends can all tell it has shifted sideways, but the doctor says he doesn’t know. Heh. I was going to ask for revision surgery, but after hearing that, my trust became zero, so I’m going to look elsewhere. The part where the silicone shifted makes my nose feel blocked haha. And when I touch the silicone, it moves sideways haha. After my rhinoplasty, I went to another hospital to get filler, and the doctor there said it looked like the silicone had shifted to the side and told me to push it with my hand. Heh. The hospital where I had it done had a total of three doctors, but aside from the current director, the doctor who handled my nose and one other doctor left separately and opened a plastic surgery clinic together. They advertise a lot too haha. I had it done 2 years ago, but I didn’t have time for revision rhinoplasty, so I kept putting it off and am only now going to look into it. Everyone, I really hope you look into things carefully before doing it. If anyone knows a place that pulls out the columella well, please leave a comment.. sigh
