First, I got a nose CT scan, then had a consultation with the consultant and then with the director. From what I saw on the website, the facilities looked good, so I visited almost already decided that I would get my nose surgery here, but I ruled it out because of the insincere consultation. When I asked whether CCTV footage could be viewed, they said they legally could not show it, and that if a legal dispute occurred, it could only be handed directly to the court, not the patient, and that an individual absolutely could not view it.
