I made a consultation appointment for philtrum dimple surgery, but they said philtrum dimples are consulted only with the consultant. For a consultation with the director, I had to wait a bit, but I had another appointment elsewhere, so I could not do it and left. The price range seems reasonable. For rhinoplasty, they recommended donated costal cartilage, and they said for philtrum reduction, the incision is inside the nose, so the scar is not easily visible.
