4 years ago, I had nose surgery with Director Kim Deok-jung. I wanted a natural-refined look, and they say my nasal bridge is on the high side and my nasal tip is high too, but by my standards I want to make it even higher I had osteotomy for a crooked nose and also had the nasal tip done, but I regret that the columella wasn’t brought down,. I should have asked what it would be like to bring the columella down, but maybe because I went into surgery without asking,. they didn’t bring the columella down..... I wonder if they didn’t bring it down because my nasal bridge is high. As for the shape... I’m 70% satisfied, and since I had rhinitis, breathing has become harder after surgery. I think it’s because the osteotomy narrowed the inside of my nose. And the staff are very unfriendly. Seriously not good
