First, I had 5 sessions of Ruby laser and had a procedure to remove marks like melasma. I had to keep stickers on for about 2 weeks, so that part was uncomfortable, but I think the immediate effect was okay. However, among the staff, I think there were some whose attitude wasn’t very good. Of course, I know they’re busy and it must be hard, but I think it would have been nice if they had been just a little kinder.
