I wanted Capri laser, so I reserved and went to Bliv because it seemed cost-effective, but even though I had a reservation, the wait was way too long. There was no separate guidance or anything like that, and I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours. I know Capri has 2 modes, but here they only used 1 mode! The doctors also seemed to be trying to move things along quickly. The care staff was kind.
