First of all, I have very small nostrils, thin skin, a very low nasal bridge, and severe 45-degree cheekbones. I went in for a consultation to book revision nose surgery, and while I was there I decided to get a consultation for my cheekbones too. At first, the manager asked briefly about the parts I wanted surgery on, then asked whether CT imaging was okay, and after the CT scan the chief director held a long consultation. The nasal bridge was said to need silicone, the nostrils septal cartilage. Two other hospitals before that said that even at the maximum, it would be difficult to raise it more than 4 mm, but here they said if I wanted a glamorous look, 7 to 8 mm was possible, and if I wanted something natural, 5 to 6 mm was possible ...
