Two-week review after hump nose and bulbous nose surgery!

The patchiness on my nose in the second photo is because my makeup came off from the mask haha..>Before<The third and fourth photos are before surgery!>I was stressed because I usually had a long hump nose and a bulbous nose that spread when I smiled! I also had nostril reduction, but my nostrils weren’t big; the nasal tip area was big, so it didn’t have much effect.. I wanted this complex to improve while looking natural and harmonious, but still noticeably changed lol. With such difficult conditions, I spent a long time researching nose shapes haha, and I had surgery with Director Song Jin-woo at Dareum Plastic Surgery, who was recommended in this community! Unlike large hospitals, the consultation was really, really thorough, and the way he explained my nose’s problems and the surgical method in detail made me trust him a lot! I brought lots of photos of nose shapes I wanted and didn’t want, and we talked while looking at each one. For the nose shapes I didn’t want, my opinion matched the director’s perfectly, so I was able to confirm once again that the design he pursues fits well with me haha. Also, unlike other hospitals I consulted with, he didn’t recommend osteotomy, and I really liked that he prioritized safety above all, so I booked on the consultation day and had the surgery. No silicone was used, and cartilage from both ears and septal cartilage were used! For the hump, he didn’t shave the nasal bridge area, and only lightly shaved the sides. From the day the surgery ended, I had almost no swelling, which was so fascinating lol!!! Even after removing the splint, it didn’t swell much, and since then my nose has kept getting slimmer, which is so fascinating.. It’s still getting slimmer now lol. It’s so amazing that that big nose became this short and small, so I gently touch the area where the hump used to be every day.. haha It hasn’t even been a month yet, but it turned out natural and harmonious, so I’m really happy and pleased!!!!!!
