I went for a consultation. The consultation managers were really kind, but the consultation with the head director was a bit... It felt like they wanted to finish the consultation quickly... So I asked my questions a little hurriedly. Still, they did answer all my questions. But when I told them the shape I wanted, most of the answers were things like, it may not be possible, or we will only know once we actually do the surgery, so I did not feel that good. But I guess that means they are being that conscientious.
