The director explained well how to reinforce a crooked nose. They also recommended alar reduction, but when they spoke to the person I consulted with together, they said it probably would not be necessary, so I did not feel like they were pushing anything too much. I went to five places, and this was the only one that looked at the shape of the nostrils and explained it.
