I had the hump trimmed a bit, silicone placed, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage used for the nasal tip. I deliberately went to a place with a single director, and it was really good. Everyone was kind, and they didn’t recommend nostril reduction, so I didn’t do it. Sometimes I think I should have, but I’m satisfied because it looks natural. But now my nose has become too natural, so I’m going to do it one more time
