I had the hump on my nose refined a bit, silicone placed, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage used for the nasal tip. I deliberately went somewhere with a single doctor, and it was really good. Everyone was kind, and they didn’t recommend alar reduction, so I didn’t do it. Sometimes I think maybe I should have, but it looks natural, so I’m satisfied. But now my nose has become too natural, so I’m going to do it one more time hahahahaha
