Since the doctor is an otolaryngology specialist, I have high expectations that surgery can be done while minimizing nasal side effects and nasal obstruction. The consultation manager speaks calmly and kindly and explains in detail. The counter nurse has a mechanical tone. They take photos, look at them, design the nose, and write down well the parts I want. It seems they do CT scans only if functional surgery is done together. Not for cosmetic only. Parking is inconvenient. You have to park outside.
