Review of Consultations at 4 Places for Rhinoplasty

First of all, I started looking for hospitals with the mindset that I should definitely do it at a hospital that values safety and a naturally pretty line!!! I brought photos of Kim Yoo-jung’s nose. 1. ㅇㅂㅅ This was the hospital I had the highest expectations for after seeing review photos! First, just like I’d heard, the director looked tired lol. I waited over 2 hours, and when I said I had to go to the next hospital consultation, only then did the director come in right away,,, ha. The manager was kind, but the price went up a lot after adding this and that.. It wasn’t heavy pressure, but it felt like they were talking about posting review photos as if it were a given. Even though it was my first surgery, they said my nasal septum was weak and I’d need costal cartilage. (Among the hospitals I consulted with, only this place said that.) Price: mid-5 million won range CCTV available, AS 1 year It was my first consultation, and personally it felt a bit off.. I’ve never once been told in my life that I have a bulbous nose, but they said I had a bulbous nose and added a charge for that too.. (I didn’t hear that I had a bulbous nose at other hospitals.) 2. ㅍ ㄹ ㅈ The manager was kind, and the director was calm and kind too lol. But the regular coordinators were just so-so… They said my nasal septum condition was fine and my overall nose shape was okay, so I should only do the nasal tip, and that I didn’t need silicone or costal cartilage. Price: high-2 million won range CCTV available, AS 1 year 3. ㅋㅂㅈ The director was very professional and had a firm personal belief that safety is absolutely the top priority. It’s a hospital that also does functional rhinoplasty, but they said my nose had no functional issues, so cosmetic rhinoplasty alone would be fine. When I asked whether it was okay not to raise the nasal bridge more, they were so firm they almost got annoyed, saying it was already high lol. They only recommended the nasal tip. There was no pressure at all to post a review on a cosmetic surgery app. It felt closer to a hospital than a plastic surgery clinic. Price: mid-4 million won range CCTV available, AS 3 years 4. ㄷㄹ I consulted with the manager first and then had a second consultation with the director, and I think this was the longest and most detailed consultation. The consultation was really good. It felt like the director wasn’t only looking at the nose, but at the overall harmony of the face,, and they also valued functional aspects a lot, aside from the aesthetic part. The director seemed to have a firm style, but they also asked a lot about my opinion lol. It felt like they were trying to match my desired direction as much as possible.. Here too, the hospital itself didn’t ask at all for reviews to be posted on cosmetic surgery apps. They limit surgery to 2 cases per day. They said I already have a nasal bridge, so if it’s raised more, it may make my face look masculine And because my nose is narrow, if it’s raised too much, the nostrils could look like an “11” shape, so they only recommended the nasal tip.
