My lips are on the small and thin side, so I had been thinking about lip filler for a while, but there were also many reviews about side effects, so I worried about it for a long time. I especially wanted to fix how my mouth looked too recessed from the side, so after seeing the before-and-after photos here, I decided to get the procedure. They also designed the lip shape really carefully. The lip filler injection itself finished faster than I expected, and immediately afterward there was slight swelling, but I recovered quickly without major bruising. For a procedure that makes you naturally prettier, I think nothing compares to lip filler, but I think I'll need to get one touch-up.
