I had inner corner surgery and lip filler a few years ago. There was no extra recommendation for surgeries other than the inner corner procedure, and the inner corner was not done excessively. The effect was not dramatic, but it did open things up a bit more than before, so I am just living with it and feeling fairly satisfied.. They pushed hard for a deposit during the consultation, which I did not like much, but the lip filler I got together with it turned out well
