The explanation was incredibly detailed, and if you had time, they would answer your questions all the way until you were satisfied. I liked that they don’t do events and that it’s a private clinic, and the consultation manager said she has been working for over 10 years, and emphasized that the director is a person who takes responsibility to the very end
