Has anyone had inflammation after fat grafting?..

I had full-face fat grafting on February 23.. But when I woke up on the morning of the third day, both cheeks were severely uneven, and the right side was badly swollen. The area where the fat was injected was reddish, burning hot, and had a stabbing, throbbing pain,, I called the clinic, and they said it might possibly be inflammation and told me to come in,, That day I was too severely swollen to go, so the next morning I took a taxi there, The director looked at me and said inflammation had developed.. They removed something from the swollen area with an injection needle and squeezed it out,, It really hurt,, It hurt much more than the surgery,, And even though I stayed hospitalized at the clinic for a day and kept receiving antibiotics, there doesn't seem to be any sign of improvement,, The swelling has gone down a lot, but the hard lump inside won't loosen up..... The director said inflammation like this is not common.. Why did it have to happen to me like this.. I'm so upset.. They said I have to keep going to the clinic for treatment for the time being.. Has anyone else had inflammation like this, like me? If so, how long did you receive treatment before it got better.. If anyone knows, please reply.. I'm really stressed..
