I wish this place had the consultation face-to-face with the doctor, but I consulted with someone who seemed to be either the consultation manager or a desk staff member, then went in for the procedure and the doctor designed it right away, which felt a bit confusing. Also, as far as I know, Director Lee Kyung-eun is not a board-certified dermatologist. But maybe because she has a lot of procedure experience, she does things confidently and well. I’ve had the anterior cheek area treated several times and was satisfied every time. I don’t recommend under-eye aegyo-sal.
