When I was in high school, I didn't know any better and just went to a local place; I think it was an old man. My eyes got bigger, but the line didn't suit my proportions, so it looked awkward. That's why getting surgery done in a big place like Seoul feels the most comfortable. I went in without knowing anything and ended up needing revision surgery anyway. I don't even know if they're still operating, but if possible, go to Seoul and get it done.
