The waiting time was quite long, but there was no consultation fee. (Honestly, I'd rather pay and save time.) The consultation wasn't especially long, nor was it short, but I liked that they listened as much as possible to what the patient had to say. It would probably be good to go in with your questions well organized. It wasn't a complicated case, and among the places I consulted, they gave me the lowest estimate, but I'm still thinking it over because there are differences in the surgical method.
