This is an account from a consultation I had last year. The large-bodied consultation manager had no professionalism at all, to the point I wondered if they were even a real consultation manager. They basically tried to haggle over the price. The director was very kind, but there was a lack of detailed analysis of my eyes. Since it was shortly after opening, there were only a few patient photos on the computer, so it was hard to check surgical cases. They showed two or three photos and talked, and when I asked the manager if I could see photos similar to my eyes, they said there were no photos because it had only just opened I wondered whether they couldn’t bring in photos of surgeries performed by that doctor at their previous clinic...
