First, the surgery ended late, so I waited a long time. The consultation manager handled me kindly, but ㅠㅠ I waited for almost over an hour, so 4 stars. My previous surgery was completely botched, so my nose bridge was crooked, my columella was crooked too, and I was really stressed, but they identified that part accurately. It was so obvious externally that they had no choice but to notice, but ㅠㅠ they said what was possible was possible, and still said that because they themselves are not God, they couldn’t straighten the asymmetry I was born with. Somehow that made me trust them more, or maybe it felt sincere, so I’ve put this place on my surgery list for now. I’ll keep going for more consultations though!
