At last, the big event happened yesterday..

After really thinking about it a lot, yesterday at 10:30 a.m. I went in for surgery.. Sob... I tried to keep myself calm, but my heart kept pounding.. I got on the operating table and they tried to start an IV.. They said my blood vessels were visible but too thin, so they kept bursting.. After trying 4 to 5 times, they finally gave up on the IV.. As someone who really hates injections and finds them painful, it was truly agony.. In the end, they did sedation anesthesia with an injection.. Even then, because of the same issue, they succeeded on the third try It hurt so, so much that I cried loudly, and I had really hoped that once I went into surgery, I would forget everything and wake up when it was all over.. But before it even started, I was already exhausted from the pain.. Suddenly the operating room started spinning around~ I was playing on an inner tube at Caribbean Bay, and going to Egypt too... I saw jellyfish at the beach, and wandered around while spinning and spinning Even in the middle of that, I could feel that they were doing the surgery... At that moment I thought... ah, if I died like this, I really wouldn't know anything at all That thought came to me.. From the dark sea, I gradually got closer to the operating room Sob, but only then were they... shaving down my wide nasal bridge.. I screamed that it hurt with a grinding, scraping feeling.. It was such a scene.. They tapped hard with something like a hammer.. Ugh... even if it wasn't actually supposed to hurt, it hurt so, so much The nurse kept holding my hand tightly.... I think I was awake for more than an hour while it was being done Later, the doctor said that at first my blood vessels were thin, so they had a hard time giving injections.. and also the anesthesia wore off too quickly, so they kept giving local anesthesia in between, so I must have had a really hard time.. Actually, later on, every time they tried to give me an injection, the heart rate monitor went off like crazy..^_^;;; Also, because I kept waking from the anesthesia, they asked me how much I can drink.. and whether I drink often.. I have a low alcohol tolerance, but I drink often So maybe that’s why the anesthesia didn’t work well After surgery, the swelling wasn’t that severe.. but as night came, bruising started forming around my eyes.. They had told me that because they cut and shaved bone, the bruising and swelling would be severe.. Today, after sleeping and waking up... it’s really hard to open my eyes.. the blue bruises turned red... The nasal tip is okay, but the glabella and eyes are really swollen.. It was nasal surgery, but.. it really feels like I had eye surgery.. Tomorrow I’m going for dressing.. I’m scared it will hurt... Honestly, I’m worried about removing the tape too, and worried about the stitches too.. The nose shape seems a bit low, but I think the shape turned out pretty, so I’m happy... My mom had been so worried too... but still she says the nose shape is pretty.. I want it to settle quickly so I can get out of this pain~ Ah, I don’t think I can have surgery anymore...
