It’s been a month since my nose surgery, and I have flakes on my nose ㅜ.ㅜ

Those who had nose surgery will know all the flakes that appear after removing the nose tape,, When I wash my face, the flakes rise up in little clusters~ so I have to put on lotion. Even a cucumber pack doesn’t get rid of them.. It’s already been a month.. How do I remove the flakes? ㅠ.ㅠ
