I saw a friend get it done here and it turned out naturally and well. It seems like the director is good at making things look natural. I didn't have the surgery myself, but if you want something natural, this seems like a good place too. Honestly, I think pursuing something natural, even if it loosens over time, is the better way rather than something that looks obvious.
