This was my first consultation for a nose revision. Unlike the consultation reviews I had read, the doctor personally came over and touched and pressed on my nose to check its condition. They told me how far the silicone was in, what the current state of my nose was, and how it could be improved in the future. They said that for contracture, the capsule has to be removed, so they searched for photos of capsules and showed me, and also explained in detail what happened right after removal in people similar to me. They said that after surgery I wouldn't be able to do the pig nose move, but the nose would become softer, and that they'd remove all the existing material and use as much of my own ear cartilage and septal cartilage as possible for the surgery. They also said that if I wanted, I could try silicone once, and autologous dermis was also an option.
