I had nose surgery here, but the tip of my nose became too pointy and my nostrils became even more uneven. They said they would do revision surgery again, but I was too scared to keep having my nose touched multiple times... I just lived with it, and now it has been about 6 years, and the cartilage is starting to show, so I am thinking about removing everything.
