I had nose surgery at IN Plastic Surgery 4 years ago. In conclusion, I’m looking into revision surgery.. I was young back then and had the surgery without properly looking into it, and I regret it so muchㅠㅠ They used L-shaped silicone, which they say is absolutely not used these days. I really don’t understand why they used an L-shape back then.. Leaving aesthetics aside, I definitely need revision surgery because of this. In terms of shape, the silicone is crooked, and because the silicone came down on one side, one nostril wing got pinched. The silicone lifted at the glabella, and the nasal tip drooped. I had a bulbous nose, but they didn’t correct the bulbous nose at all, and they reduced my nostril wings excessively, so every hospital I go to for revision consultations says the alar reduction was done wrong, that it was overdone, and that there’s a limit to how much they can lift the nasal tipㅠㅠ I’m honestly so angry, and going around for revision consultations is really stressful..
