I had it done about 8 years ago, but it was completely botched, so I was stressed for years and later had revision surgery somewhere else. My original nose was low and small, but from the front my nostrils showed like crazy, it was uneven and asymmetrical, and there was no nasal bridge while only the nasal tip was extremely lifted, so it was really stressful. Not long after the surgery, I carefully asked about the shape, but they seemed very offended and only said that if I waited, the swelling would go down.
