They said, if you are doing it anyway, do it together. If you only do functional surgery, it will be revision surgery later, so I went around to several hospitals. From ENT clinics to plastic surgery clinics. (I will not name the hospitals, but there were some places that made excessive recommendations.) What I wanted was to refine the nose shape without going overboard, and while looking for a director who could perform the functional nasal procedure without issues, I liked Director Kim Ji-hoon's consultation the most, so I decided.
It has been about a month now, and I heard that success/failure for a bulbous nose is judged by improvement photos from the front, so I am posting this. It seems like the shape has been defined and it has become thinner than my previous nose without straying too far from the original framework. What do you think? Personally, honestly, I am very satisfied. I think it was good that I listened to the advice to consider plastic surgery for the cosmetic part when getting functional nasal surgery.
Honestly, before surgery, when I was just browsing this community, my points were low so there were far more things I could not see, and after reading various posts I had a reality check, deleted my account, and made a new one. I came back because I heard there is a lot of information on how to manage it up to 6 months and how nose surgery is done... Now I am also tempted to do my eyes.
