My nasal bridge was wide and I had a bulbous nose, so I had nasal bone osteotomy and surgery to tie together the nasal cartilage at the same time, but my nose ended up looking too high and too narrow, and my impression changed. My eyes also seem more centered, and I look much stronger and sharper now, so I don’t know what to do. Is it possible to have surgery to widen the narrowed nasal bridge again?
