A very long time ago, when I was young, I went there through a friend's introduction and had surgery. The result is not bad. But a few years later I went back because I wanted a more glamorous revision surgery, and the director was still kind and nice, but how could the staff do that? After seeing my pre-op photos in my chart, they were snickering among themselves. I was hurt so badly I just left.
