I went for a consultation because I was unhappy with the shape, and the director was so nice. He spent a long time with me, about an hour, and explained in detail what looked awkward and what was problematic, and what kind of surgery would be good. The staff were kind too, and I’m scheduled to have surgery here soon, so I hope the results come out positively.
